Waking Up In Paris , By Diana (Vega) Gill

Waking up in Paris would be nice, sight-seeing and holding hands beneath the Eiffel  Tower breath-taking;  Europe’s most famous landmarks Palace of  Versailles and the  Louvre Palace. Who would not like to a day of shopping with Channel, Dior, Vuitton, Yves Saint-Laurent or dinner I much prefer the  Paris food markets, or Le Procope’s, as time ticks away  Luxembourg Gardens!

So when a customer called me and asked do I have anything Paris for her teen’s Birthday party my answer was nothing less than enthusiastic! For now my dreams of tea at Angelina’s will have to wait or that  rainy day walk with the one I love distant .  I tie the ribbons on my little pink box, satin brown peeks out with gleam. The smell of  cookies fills the air and I am right well I should be for the moment at least…

Rosemont High School’s “Class of 2013 and 2014” would like to invite the community to their First Annual Freshmen & Sophomore Pasta Dinner Fundraiser.  Although it is a few years off, they are working hard to save enough money to make this a safe, sober and affordable Grad Night for all Seniors.  The Rosemont Parent, Teacher and Student Association is holding this fundraiser in the Rosemont High School Cafeteria on Friday, February 18th from 5 – 8:00 p.m.

Tickets for this event can be pre-purchased or bought at the door.  For five dollars a ticket, you will have the choice of pasta or an Italian Sausage sandwich, green salad, dinner roll and beverage.  For an affordable price, the entire family can enjoy a tasty meal! You’ll have the choice to dine in, or take out.

The Rosemont High School Freshmen & Sophomore students would appreciate your support at this very important fundraiser.  Help us ensure our graduates celebrate their accomplishments at a safe and sober event!

We hope you will join us for dinner on February 18th! Don’t forget your five dollars!
